Looking for that beautiful country wedding with a endless pasture views? Hidden Hangar Winery and Ranch may be just the spot for your "I do." With nearly 300 acres of countryside, you can imagine your wedding in the open prairie, at the chateau, under the stars gazing over an 11-acre lake, or nestled near an old, rustic, railroad trestle. Your wedding dreams will take flight. Receptions can be held in our pastures, the chateau, our production facilities, tasting room or on any of our lawns (tented or simply fresh country air).

Please consider Hidden Hangar Vineyard and Winery for your next photo shoot. Whether in the vineyard, by the shores of our lake, or in our rolling pastures, we have the ideal setting to enhance those special moments.
MON-THU: $100 per hour with a minimum of two hours. Any additional time will be charged at the rate of $25.00 per quarter hour.
FRI-SUN: $125.00 per hour with a minimum of two hours. Any additional time will be charged at the rate of $31.25 per quarter hour.
The minimum fee is due upon reserving the date. Cancellation must be made no later than 48 hours before your schedule appointment to receive a refund. A liability waiver must be signed before entering the vineyard and/or farm and ranch areas of the property.

We welcome your four-legged friends to our outside areas. We require all pets to be leashed. No pets are allowed inside the tasting room, production facility, or equipment hangar without service animal designation and/or certification.

Access to the vineyard is restricted for our customers' safety. During the growing season, large machinery operates within the vineyard, and pest management applications are applied on a regular basis. Access to the vineyard is typically reserved for scheduled events.
At this time, all our wines are "estate wines." All the grapes used in our wines are grown in our Hidden Hangar vineyard. We currently grow Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Riesling, Syrah, and Petit Verdot.
We have several venue options and multiple packages available. Please contact us for the best option that fits your needs.
The sooner the better! You don’t want to miss your date because you waited too long. Some months may be completely booked a year in advance while other months we may still have openings up to the last minute.
Yes! We would be happy to give you a scheduled tour and answer any questions to help you make your decision to book. Once the space is booked, we will be available for additional walk-throughs for you and your vendors.
To reserve a date, contact us events@hiddenhangar.com or 903-914-0434. If we have that date available, we will place a temporary hold for 10 dayswhile details are discussed, and a contract is drawn up. The date will not be secured until the contract is signed and returned with necessary deposits.
Because we are a Vineyard and Winery, our license prohibits us from allowing any other type of alcohol onto the premises. However, you do have all the Hidden Hangar wine at your fingertips to serve your guests. We offer several options for handling wine purchases.
Depending on which venue you book your time would range between 3 – 6 hours. Additional time can be negotiated.
There is a refundable damage deposit that will be returned 10 days after your event.
Your set-up time starts at the time of your contracted rental time.
Glassware in most cases will be provided by Hidden Hangar. Linens and other décor items can be rented from us providing we have what you need. We can also place rental orders for and pass along the charges.
Please have all of the items removed from Hidden Hangar by the end of the agreed time from as per the signed contract.
Absolutely! We only require that they have a Health Permit.
Absolutely, we have a list of recommended vendors that we will be happy to share with you.
Yes, Hidden Hangar will provide tables and chairs for your event (up to 125 guests). Additional seating will require rental fees.
Absolutely! In fact, we prefer that you do. Save yourself the stress!
Yes, we do allow draping and rigging from the ceiling when done by a professional company. We do not allow the use of glitter, confetti, or silly string. Rose petals, bird seed and/or sparklers may only be used outside the facility and must be cleaned up after the event.
Yes, pets are allowed to be part of the ceremony and reception but must be leashed and cleaned up after.
